Dough block Block Line
The Block Line 0 obtains dough blocks with one layer of fat. That block can be folded by hand by the machine operator who collects the dough, making up to 6 layers. This system may be used to make a dough block with the same percentage of fat for later treatment on any production line.
The Block lines 0, I, II, III have the only lamination system on the market that guarantees an unstressed sheet of dough, thanks to the Plaff Plaff lamination system and the fat cutting system. It is a modular line which creates layers of fat depending on the modules added. Attaching a format machine at the end of the Block Lines means you can create the product you need.
The Block Line II obtains continuous sheets of dough of up to 100 layers of fat. This system can feed continuously any production line for the creation of products such as croissants, puff pastry or Danish pastries…
