IBIE 2019 Las Vegas
We are finishing the details of our next visit to an international exhibition “IBIE 2019” which will take place at Las Vegas Convention Center from the 8th to the 11th of September 2019.
We will show our top sells bakery production line, the Plaff-Plaff H2O Advance with a configuration composed by the Chunker Module and the Rollingform Module. Using this configuration many different products will be produced during our daily demos, such as, artisan pointy bread, ciabatta bread, mini delicatessen bread, artisan baguette, rolled bread, soft bread, etc.

Our production lines are designed under the philosophy “Industrial Performance Artisan Hand”, that means, obtaining a high quality product as it was handmade but working with industrial lines. In addition our lines are completely modular so you can produce new formats meeting the needs of your costumers without changing the whole line, just by adding a new module to the line.
We are going to broadcast four live demos a day producing with our line and then baking the product. You will be able to watch us live from any part of the world.
Maquinaria Vinas has more than 30 years of experience manufacturing bakery and pastry lines. Our key strengths are the capability of handling complex recipes like high hydrated doughs or free gluten doughs obtaining an outstanding (and artisan like if that’s what you wish) final product.
