Bakery Workshop for a leading company at Vinas’ Lab
Maquinaria Viñas organized a bakery workshop last week with some members of a leader company on his sector. About fifteen people attended to our event. Among the difference activities that took place we had the chance to explain deeply how our Plaff-Plaff H2O Advance bakery line works. There was one live demonstration where the line was fed with a high hydrated dough, as well. We also showed some projections of various Viñas’ installations as an examples of how customizable is our modular based equipment. During the viewing we talked about several projects installed around the world. All this material helped our visitors to understand how Viñas adapts to our clients’ needs, providing solutions in engineering, associated electronics or product knowledge.
At the end of the day, our guests tasted the baked products made with the Plaff-Plaff H2O Advance machine and finished with a relaxed conversation in good company.
