Try our Viñas’ Product Lab
Do you want to test our production lines? Maquinaria Viñas’ team in Barcelona will let you make as much production tests as you like, so you can obtain an outstanding bakery or pastry product.
Here, in Maquinaria Viñas, we place at your disposal a 500 square meter laboratory for tests, full equiped, with the last version of our bakery and pastry production lines.
We currently have the following lines for test production:
- Bakery line “Plaff Plaff H2O” with the modules Rollingform, Sferaform and Decograin. The line is ready for the production of pieces covered or not with seeds such as rustic bread, ciabatta bread, round bread, rustic rolled baguette, etc.
- Dough Block line “Block Line II” for the production of dough sheet with layers of fat in it.
- “Special product line” for the production of thin (less than 1mm) rectangles of dough with dosage in a sandwich structure.
Our product Lab has everything you need to perform any production testing. You can use our kneaders, proofers and ovens so you can imitate the process at your place. Besides that our baker and pastry technicians can help you giving you some tips to improve your products.
One of our ProductLab highlights is that you will be able to see with your own eyes that your product comes out exactly the way you expected to be. Avoiding surprises and advancing work for the final installation at your company. Our product installation and I+D team will be at your disposal for anything you may need.
