Pizza production with our bakery line Plaff-Plaff H2O Advance
Our Plaff-Plaff H2O keeps increasing capabilities and versatility. Lately we managed to achieve a production of 8000 pizza bases per hour (and 5000 pizza bases with tomato per hour) using a specific equipment customization to maximize the production of the pizza base. And everything has been done keeping our strict parameters of quality. The line is formed by a Plaff-Plaff H2O Advance and the pizzaform module with the dosing tomato unit. It has a special width of 1200mm that feeds directly the oven continously and automatically providing maximum production with no loss of quality.
We are now entering the last stages of the manufacturing process at our Testing Lab where we are assembling the whole machine mechanicaly and electronically. We are also improving the set of memorized products that our client needs. Making this way, the instalation at our client’s facilities much more easy, saving money and time.
Furthermore, the special needs of our client’s product has caused the addition of several technical improvements on our equipment. Two modules have enhance their design and upgraded their performance as a result. A research and development work that we will certainly apply in the new modules to come, from now on.
