Maquinaria Viñas has more than 30 years experience in the manufacture of industrial bakery and pastry machinery. Our automatic machines for the bakery industry can work highly hydrated or complex doughs like gluten-free dough, achieving the same quality as artisanal "handmade" products.
They make rustic bread, ciabatta, round bread, gluten-free bread, bread loaves, pizza base, pita, burger buns, etc. In addition, Maquinaria Viñas equipment is designed to grow with the client's needs as its modular system permits connecting modules to add new formats to the usual production.
We also have automatic rolling lines that create sheets of unstressed dough, with the possibility of working the fat by extrusion or cutting.
And finally, our pastry lines, both for pastries and puff pastry, obtain a very wide variety of products and production at the same time, with an accuracy that allows almost unlimited customisation of each format. They produce croissants, twists, pan au chocolat, pastry rolls, palmiers, brioche, etc.
