Pastry Croissant Machine

Our new croissant machine can be attached to a Block Line or any existing production line to be fed automatically or manually with a continuous sheet of dough. It enables the production of different kinds of croissants with quality equal to a hand-made product: 25 g croissant (12,000 pieces/h), 80 g croissants (9,000 pieces/h) and 130 g croissant (6,000 pieces/h).

Its design allows for automatic placing of the croissants on the tray without having to collect them by hand. Puff pastry and croissant products can be made on the same production line.
